Terms and Conditions
Firstly big thanks for taking a look and buying our products. Here’s some key information:
When do you send out orders? We send out orders once a week on Fridays. We’re a very small organisation, so your patience is very much appreciated.
How do you send the packages? What’s the cost? We send our products via Royal Mail, 1st class recorded delivery. They should arrive with you the next day. The postage and packaging costs start from £4.45. We aim to keep our costs as low as possible.
Are you only selling your products in the UK? Yes, that’s right, we’re only selling our products in the UK. However this may change in the future.
What about refunds? If you no longer want the product, we will offer a refund within 14 days of you receiving the goods. They must be unused and in perfect condition with the original undamaged packaging. Please provide proof of purchase e.g. online receipt. If the product is faulty, we will offer a refund within 14 days of you receiving it. Please take a photo of the product in the first instance so we can take a look and then send it back to us. If you would like to exchange your product, so for example you would like a bigger sized t-shirt, that’s fine too. Just send us back the original and we’ll replace it. If you would like a refund, are sending back a faulty product or would like an exchange, we will not pay for it to be returned to us. You will need to cover the cost of the postage.
How much money will go back to Heart n Soul? All of it. Our aim is to reinvest all the money into working with more artists and participants to create even more designs, artworks and products that we can share with you.
