This is Feel Good Designer Jade’s debut zine—a thoughtful and entertaining exploration of life as a young autistic adult.
Sam Castell-Ward is a unique poet and singer-songwriter whose powerful work focuses on inequality and unfairness.
His latest poetry EP ‘Trapped in this Life’ contains five original poems created in response to Austerity, Ableism and living through Coronavirus.
‘Trapped in this Life’ is published as a poetry zine which contains new artwork created by Sam and a download link to the full EP.

The book was created by the Heart n Soul at The Hub team, developed during our 2 and half year project at the Wellcome Collection Hub.
It describes some of the things that we have learned and understood from collaborating together which we think you might find interesting, inspiring or just fun.
The people that worked on our project had different life experiences and backgrounds. Some were artists and designers, some were researchers and clinicians. Some people were autistic and/or learning disabled, some were non-disabled. The most important thing about our work was that it was led by all these people together, working as equals.
