Returns:
If you no longer want the product or if the product is faulty please contact us info@heartnsoul.co.uk.

We will offer a refund within 21 days of your purchase. To qualify for an exchange or refund please make sure:

• The item is unused, in perfect condition with the original undamaged packaging

• Please provide proof of purchase e.g. email or paper receipt

• If your item is faulty please take a photo of the product and email us info@heartnsoul.co.uk

Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange your product, so for example you would like a bigger sized t-shirt, that’s fine too. Just send back the original item within 14 days of your purchase and we will replace it.

Please email us at info@heartnsoul.co.uk to request an exchange.

Postage:
If you would like a refund, are sending back a faulty product or would like an exchange, we will not pay for it to be returned to us. You will need to cover the cost of the postage.
